These Service Guidelines govern your access, use, receipt, and sharing of all DeepIntent products, services, data, and other deliverables.

Data Use

Any use, sharing, or receipt of data by you shall be governed by the Data Use Terms.

Any creation, access, and/or use of pixels and/or the data collected through a pixel (including for our HCP+ product), shall be governed by the Pixel Use Terms.

Segment Use and Naming

The use, creation, naming, and/or exporting of any audiences used in relation to the Services shall be governed by the Restricted Naming Policy.

Off-Platform Audience Activation

Any off-platform activation of an audience created within the Platform or otherwise in relation to the Services shall be governed by the DeepIntent Audience Terms.

Editorial Guidelines

Ads served through the Platform shall comply with the editorial guidelines provided via the Platform.

SmartBid

Any use of SmartBid shall be subject to the terms on the Platform.

Dashboard Access Terms

Any third-party access and/or use of a dashboard shall be subject to the Dashboard Access Terms.

Any use or access of the DeepIntent Helix platform shall be governed by the Helix General Terms.

DeepIntent reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update these Service Guidelines from time to time. Your use of the Services confirms your acceptance of these Service Guidelines, and Your continued access, renewal, payment and/or and use of the Services constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the latest version of these Service Guidelines. The Service Agreement and the Service Guidelines (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute the complete agreement between us ("Agreement") and supersede any prior discussions or representations regarding the Services. In the event of a conflict between the Service Guidelines and the Agreement, the Service Guidelines shall control to the extent of such conflict.
