At the heart of these updates is a reimagined reporting experience built specifically for the needs of healthcare marketers.

One of the most visible improvements is the enhanced reporting list page, which introduces a more intuitive and organized way to manage reports across campaigns. The updated experience includes expanded dimensions, smarter filters, and improved visibility into report details directly from the list view. Users can now easily sort and organize reports by cadence, report type, and other key fields, reducing the time spent navigating reporting workflows.

The redesigned list page also makes templates more accessible across both campaign and physician-level data (PLD) reporting, helping users generate reports more efficiently and consistently. Expanded reporting dimensions, including support for HealthFirst™ media package insights, provide a deeper understanding of campaign performance.

These enhancements were heavily influenced by client feedback and designed with a clear goal in mind: helping teams spend less time managing reports and more time uncovering insights that drive strategy.

Real-Time, Physician-Level Insights

DeepIntent Cortex™ now offers self-service, near real-time PLD reporting, a significant advancement for HCP marketers who rely on physician insights to optimize campaigns effectively. Users can now generate PLD reports directly from the reporting page using either aggregate or log-level templates, with reporting data available within approximately one hour.

For healthcare advertisers, physician-level visibility is critical to understanding campaign reach and performance. Knowing which physicians are being reached, and how frequently, enables marketers to make more informed decisions around targeting, frequency management, and budget allocation. With near real-time access to this data, teams no longer have to rely on delayed reporting cycles to make campaign adjustments. Instead, they can respond dynamically to live performance trends and optimize campaigns while they are still in flight.

A Faster, More Intuitive Report Builder

To further improve efficiency, Cortex will also include a redesigned one-time report builder workflow. The updated interface introduces a cleaner, more compact layout with a more intuitive organization of dimensions and metrics. Added tooltips and reduced cursor movement will simplify the report-building process, making it easier for users to create the reports they need quickly and confidently.

While each enhancement delivers value individually, together they represent a broader shift toward more intelligent, user-centric decision-making tools within the DeepIntent platform.
